Weekend Getaway

 This year we decided to spend the weekend with our adopted grandpa for his birthday out in L.A.  We saw the USS Iowa (retired battle ship), the Queen Mary (retired cruise/cargo ship), and the La Brea Tar Pits.  Ended the weekend by watching the sun set at the pier and then church the next morning.  Was a great little weekend getaway visiting John and seeing the sights.
