PayPal turns over account records to IRS

Check out the story here.

This news ticks me off because of the inadequate government handling of your information. If you have a PayPal account at anytime, beware you now possible personal information compromise. Unfortunately, I only use PayPal once per year when I win an eBay auction, so my personal information is subject to sloppy governmental information compromise.

There are better alternatives such as Google Checkout.

I Did It! I Chopped It Off!!

Before...this is the Mary you all know and love:-)

Here is the hair I am sending to Locks-of-Love. I hope some little girl will enjoy it as much as I have.
Tadah! The new Mary! Look beneath the new style and you will see...it's still me in there:)
By the way, I want to say thanks again to Wendi who cut my hair and did a fabulous job. The odds were against her, she was working with a monster!
Ok now be honest and tell me what you think.

Elich Gardens Here We Come!

Misty and I eventually convinced Mark and Levi to spend the day down at the amusement park. Even though I'm terrified of Ferris Wheels I went on this one with Mark. I got a few good pictures of the park below which made it worth it.

Mark in the Ferris Wheel

As some of you know, I had never before been on a roller coaster the goes upside down. Mark had done his best in the past to try and convince me but I just couldn't. Well, I had a moment of weakness and with my greatest support there to help me through it, we went on "The Sidewinder" and it was very scary! But, I made it through and even did it one more time before leaving the park. I do have to admit that my eyes were squeezed tight and I held my breath the entire time. Whooh! My stomach still turns thinking about it.

Extremely Fun!!!

We had been looking forward to this the whole trip! The time came and there was great excitement and a little bit of nervousness too.

This was definitely the highlight of the trip! We went on a 2 hour river raft trip down the Arkansas river and we had a blast! The weather was crazy and it was raining down hard on us at least a third of the trip down. Our tour guide was fantastic and he made us laugh over and over again. We wanted to go again the next day!

This was going through a class 3 rapid. Earlier we hit two class 4s'.
After rafting we went over to our friends Jason and Chandra's house in Colorado Springs for a wonderful home made dinner and a night of fun playing with "Rock Star", Play Station III. We went until midnight and then realized that we had a long day of driving ahead of us and that we should probably get some sleep.

The End of the Trip

On our way out of town we stopped by the Native American Cliff Dwellings that date back to about 1100 A.D.

These dwellings are very unique because they allow you to enter the apartments and move through the hallways.

A Family Baptism!

Wednesday night Mark and I went down to Tucson to see Cassie and Chrasynthia get baptised into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was a wonderful evening and the spirit was there very strongly. Levi is Misty's (my twin's) husband and Cassie is his twin sister. Chrasynthia is her ten year old daughter.

Last Day At The UPS Store!!!

This isn't the whole crew because Wendi (my sister-in-law) had the day off but this was everyone I worked with on my last day.

Mark and Bill (the new owner)

One last picture with the new owners Bill and Jan. We gave it everything we had and now we wish them the best of luck and success.
